Let's Reset

  • No. Seeing the space as it naturally functions helps Reset Mode understand what is and is not working. Please secure private or sensitive items, but you do not need to pre-organize.

  • No. You make every final decision about what stays, goes, moves, or is donated. Reset Mode provides structure and judgment-free support throughout the decision-making process.

  • Products and supplies are purchased separately unless your written quote specifically includes them. Recommendations and budgets are discussed before purchases are made.

  • No. Reset Mode does not provide furniture assembly, mounting, installation, construction, repairs, or handyman work. The focus is decluttering, categorization, space planning, styling, product sourcing, labeling, and sustainable organization systems.

  • Reset Mode can prepare and group approved donations. Acceptance is determined by the receiving organization. Hauling, drop-off, shipping, resale, and disposal services are separate unless included in writing.

  • Photos may be taken privately for planning and project documentation. Nothing will be shared publicly for marketing or social media without your separate permission.

  • Whole Home, Move-In, Creator Studio, and other larger projects begin with an In-Home Consultation. This ensures the scope, investment, product needs, and timeline are accurate before dates are reserved.

  • Yes. Lifestyle Concierge services begin at $350 per month and are customized according to the frequency, spaces, and support needed.
